How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order as soon as you have your event date to ensure availability. Popular items and peak dates book up quickly, so 4–8 weeks in advance is ideal.
Do you require a deposit to reserve items?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your rental items. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
Yes, you can make order adjustments up to 30 days before your event assuming the products you need are available.
What is your cancellation policy?
A non-refundable 50% deposit is due when you reserve your items. Cancellations after final payment deadline are non-refundable and non-transferable.
How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period is for 24 hours. Longer rentals or multi-day events can be arranged upon request.
Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we offer delivery and pickup services for an additional fee based on your location and order size. Our team delivers directly to your venue and coordinates timing with your planner or venue manager to ensure a seamless setup.
Do you handle setup and breakdown?
Setup and breakdown services are available and can be added to your order at an additional charge. Some products automatically include installation. We’d be happy to work with you or your event coordinator to understand what’s needed and provide a quote.
Do you rent for indoor and outdoor events?
Yes, we service both indoor and outdoor events. For outdoor setups, we recommend having an alternate weather plan in case conditions are unsafe for installation or potentially damaging for rental items. If weather becomes a concern, our team will do everything possible to help transition your setup to an indoor space.
What happens if something gets damaged or lost?
A damage or replacement fee will apply for any items returned with wear beyond normal use. We kindly ask that all rentals be handled with care to help avoid additional charges
Do you offer event design and coordination services?
Yes, we’re happy to make recommendations to help you achieve your desired look. Full event design, set-up and coordination services are available.
